Your 1615 29th July probably refers to Parent Ship

for Coastal Motor Boats named JANGLEUM launched 5th May 1938 built by Hong Kong and Whampoa Dock Co. to order of

Central Government received December, 1936.

By original arrangement ship to be armed after delivery at Shanghai with small guns purely for self

defence only.

3. Work much delayed and completion indefinite owing to impossibility of delivery because ship liable to seizure

after leaving Hong Kong.

4. Your last paragraph is untrue but may refer to

transport of C.M.B's by train to Canton.
